So Rakim the GOD did 2 special surprise shows at the Apollo this weekend for Chris Rocks new HBO comedy special “Kill The Messenger” and I was asked to be his DJ for the shows. Aaron LaCrate and Rakim at the Apollo. Let me just say to share the stage with Rakim anywhere is a huge honor – at the legendary Apollo where the best of the best have played is just indescribable.
I checked out Chris Rocks show afterward which is funny as hell and right on time for these crazy times we live in. He tore it down!
