LaCrate Street Pics+Interview 1985

yea you know me!

I must say this is one of my favorite bits of press on myself and everything Ive been working on for so long. Ive been taking street pics of my neighborhood since 8 or 9th grade, I would just hit the streets with my camera and boom. These pics is the “Iam an American” day parade in 1980 im sitting on my nanas lap and pops is rocking hte classic bird hat on the right is me skating and destroying like I did so well back then. That was a Wavedancer contest that Mark Gonzales actually judged in 1985 – I won first place. What a day that was so fun. Just a little B-more history. Peep the dress code Skate Rags, D.R.I. t-shirt and chucks.. That get up could work today.
